Deployment Schema

Platform Component Schema Deployment is distributed across networks and hardware. Three different hosts are involved in a typical abbeyphoneVOW deployment.

The partner Services are deployed on the partner node: this node serves also the web page that is used to give Voice Over Web.

The web page containing the VOW appication is actually composed by several lines of DHTML and Javascript. This instantiates X-VOW, our ActiveX SIP client.

At present, only Internet Explorer users can use our Web application, but the firefox plugin will be released soon. For further information, please check X-VOW features and requirements.

Put in action your VOW application in 4 steps

By means of our SDK, launching the web application is quite easy. What you need to do is to:
  1. create an abbeyphone account and activate it
  2. Try the live demo that is included in our SDK
  3. Download the SDK and read the documentation
  4. start experimenting!
